I'm looking to buy a reliable used car for $4,000 or less.

Ideally looking for:

-Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic, Honda Accord, or similar reliable make
-Preferably before 180k mileage.
-Clean title
-Automatic transmission
-Must pass smog / be smog-ready
-CARFAX report preferred
-Happy to meet anywhere in the Bay Area for a test drive and inspection.
