I am looking to move in somewhere within by the end of September. I can provide income statement, I can provide a letter of intent, I can also provide the first two months rent up front, credit checks, just need something! Currently staying and paying to live with a friend after mutually splitting with my ex girlfriend and have had a falling out with my family over money issues.
