Looking for a room in an existing share or a roommate | San Francisco, September move-in

Hi! I'm a Stanford GSB grad moving to SF for a full-time role. I'm looking for either a room in an existing all-female household or a roommate to find a place with.

What I'm looking for:

• Neighborhoods: Mission / Valencia corridor, NOPA, SoMa, Design District, Dogpatch, Potrero Hill, Mission Bay. Open to nearby areas too
• Budget up to $3,500/month all-in for a room, or a comparable per-person share for a 2BR
• Move-in September, 12-month lease preferred
• Ideally living with a female working professional, easygoing but respectful of quiet time
• Fine with pets
