Looking for Private 1BR Apartment Between Stanford and UCSF – Move-in asap

Hi everyone,
My girlfriend and I are recent graduate students who have accepted full-time research positions at Stanford and UCSF. We are looking for a private apartment for the two of us, preferably a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit.
Our preferences are:
Move-in date: ideally August 10–14, 2026; slightly earlier or later is also fine
Budget: no more than $3,000 per month
One parking space preferred
Locations anywhere between Stanford and UCSF will be considered
Convenient access to Stanford and/or public transportation to UCSF would be helpful
We can provide signed employment offer letters, identification, references, and other application documents. We are responsible, quiet, and looking for a clean, well-maintained home.
