- Location: Stanford / Palo Alto / Los Altos / San Mateo, and potentially areas along the SF–Peninsula corridor (e.g., Millbrae/Burlingame) if convenient
- Budget: Under $2,500/month
- Other: Female, living alone, no pets, no parking needed, very tidy
