Looking for sublet near Stanford (August now to15), Dates flexible

Hi everyone!
We are a Stanford Visiting Scholar and a Software Engineer looking for a place to live. We are non-smokers, do not have pets, maintain excellent credit, and are clean, quiet, and responsible tenants.

We're looking for:
Studio, 1B1B, or 2B1B
Located in or near Stanford (Palo Alto or Menlo Park)
Ideally within a 15-minute bike ride to Stanford School of Medicine
Budget: up to $3,500/month (depending on the property)
Lease term: 6 months, with the possibility of extension
Move-in date: Around August 13
