Parking not available for guests, but public transit and bike share options are plentiful, and our neighborhood is beautiful and pedestrian-friendly.

The space
This peaceful apartment is the perfect respite for a visit to the Boston area; a great base for visiting Cambridge/Somerville. Wireless internet provided.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
Full/double size bed sleeps two people; has a comfortable mattress and organic cotton linens. Writing desk looks out big bright windows. Closet nook and bureau.

KITCHEN
Kitchen features a double farmhouse style sink, refrigerator & freezer, washer & dryer, induction stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, French coffee press, cookware, glasses and dishes, silverware. Dining nook for two.

BATHROOM
Bathroom hosts a shower, fresh towels, basic toiletries, hairdryer, and iron.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have the whole studio apartment to themselves; lots of privacy.

No backyard access; back door for emergency exit only.

HOUSE RULES

• We keep a meat-free house; please do not bring in meat/fish.
• Please remove shoes in entryway; feel free to borrow our fresh guest slippers.
• No smoking, pets or parties.
• Please don't flush anything but toilet paper; no sanitary products or "flushable" wipes.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise low at night.
• Please keep apartment clean and tidy.
• Check-in is 3pm-10pm; check-out is by 11am.

GETTING AROUND
The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly; most of our guests walk and use public transit.

Public transit - MBTA

• Bus stop is a 5 min walk
• Harvard Sq subway station – a 15-20 min walk
• Porter Sq subway station & commuter rail – a 15-20 min walk

Bike rental - When the weather is good, Hubway Bikes offers easy rentals, with 2 stations just 5 min walk away.

Parking is limited in our neighborhood (2 hour street parking; overnight parking is not available for guests); we recommend going car free or using ZipCar or car rental, both 10-15 min walk from us.
