My mother inlaw moved in with us a few months ago and has a few items in storage she no longer needs. One item is a lovely side chair that swivels. She never used it... it was just in a corner in her bedroom. It was somewhat expensive, over $200 in Home Goods. Great quality, like new, comfy, soft microfiber (or similar fabric), solid, and a noce looking sage color. Selling for $60. Pick up in Watertown.
