Luxury Apartment Complex's for Mid 20's Professionals

Hi! I'm relocating to Chicago from the DC area this fall and I'm looking for the best luxury apartment complexes that are social, and also provide a great and comfortable living experience. I'd like to stay under $2900 for a one bedroom but could be flexible for the right place. I'd like to stay in River North, Fulton Market, West Loop, South Loop, or Streeterville, but again, willing to be flexible.
