Hello! I am an incoming PhD student, and my husband and I are looking for housing, preferably a 1 or 2 bedroom house/ADU/or apartment with some outdoor storage or garage. We are hoping to move in early September (~7th-20th) from Oregon.
A little about us:
Me- I am a freshwater ecologist who enjoys outdoor recreation and plays the cello.
My husband- A electronics mechanic who works in the ski industry. He travels a lot for work and enjoys whitewater boating and mountain sports. Particularly interested in a garage/outdoor space for storing 2 whitewater boats.
Paleta- our super friendly 6 year old cat (female, fixed)
We are generally quite people who occasionally like to have friends over for dinner or board games. Non-smokers.
Happy to commute up to 30 minutes to Stanford by car, or further via public transit (ie, near Caltrain station, etc). Prefer long-term lease. If you may have something that could be a good fit, please let us know!
