The space
The unit is located on a corner and has an open, airy, uncluttered, comfortable and inviting private feel.
We prefer for guests to go shoeless in the unit for greater hygiene and cleanliness of the wood flooring and throw rugs.
The living room features a 65” LG high definition flat screen smart TV.
Guest access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon TV, Peacock, Disney & Roku channels. You are welcome to add and utilize your own streaming channels during your visit.
AC is available in the living room and dining room along with an available portable A/C.
The bedroom features a King Sized Bed with a hybrid / memory room mattress and primarily cotton bedding.
The two bedroom windows ( which can be opened) have sheer curtains and black out drapes.
Separate Dining Room with a full sized table.
The kitchen has the necessities needed to prepare your own in home meals when you are not trying out one of the many great eateries in the area.
The breakfast nook has been suited as a designated office / study area separate from the living room and sleeping area.
The laundry room with a new washer & dryer is located off of the kitchen.
There are W/D usage cutoff times due the proximity of the laundry room to the main house and neighbor’s bedroom.
Extra towels, bedding, blankets, throws and pillows are available for use.

The is attached to the main house of the duplex with only 2 common walls.
There are separate entrances to the two units located on a corner which create separation and privacy.
There is a small front porch with chairs, a drink table and a sun umbrella. Great for chilling outdoors.
Guest access
The rental unit is located on a street corner with its own private small front porch and entrance separated from the main house.
There is a security screen leading to front door for added security.
Other things to note
The mid-term rental is available for 30 - 120 day stays.
Longer terms can be discussed for consideration.
ALL occupants must agree to sign a mid term innkeeper rental agreement for each month of occupancy presented at the time of check in.
The maximum occupancy is “two” people.
No additional people are permitted to stay overnight.
All items provided in the rental unit must remain in the rental unit.
No indoor furniture can be used outside.
No indoor towels can be used for outdoor or cleaning purposes
The Cleaning Fee of $200.00 is intended for a 1 month (one month) stay or 30 days.
There will be an additional $50 ( fifty dollar) fee billed for cleaning for each additional month or portion thereafter. This fee will be charged through the resolution center.
NOTE: My housekeeper is available for hire if you need help cleaning. If interested, LMK in advance to schedule a day & time.
REGARDING PETS:
No unauthorized pets are allowed for the comfort and well being of all current and future guests.
Visitors are not permitted to bring pets.
Service Animals must be disclosed prior to booking. All Service Animals must be house broken, trained, fully vaccinated and free of pests.
No Service Animals are permitted in any common area. No Service Animals may be left unattended.
Service animals must be taken off of the property to relieve themselves.
Any damage to the rental unit or its contents caused by a Service Animals must be disclosed and shall be the responsibility of the guest(s) to rectify.
I ask for all guests inquiries be forthcoming about Service Animal breed and size.
No cats are permitted.
