The space
The private bedroom is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story single-family home. To reach it, you’ll pass through the living room and kitchen. The bathroom and patio are conveniently located nearby, accessible through a hallway.
Guest access
During your stay, you’ll have access to your private bedroom, the shared bathroom, and the shared patio. Please note that the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the 1st floor, as well as the entire 3rd floor, are not available for guest use.

Other things to note
I have a 2½-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old friendly dog. For guests who are afraid of or allergic to dogs, I’m happy to keep her on a leash during your arrival and departure. My daughter sleeps through the night, so the house is very quiet during sleep hours. During the day, you may hear minimal noise as she is usually on the 1st or 3rd floors, away from the 2nd-floor guest room. I also have a live-in nanny who helps care for my daughter.
