Our house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with street parking available. It is also close to Target, Safeway, Great mall, and multiple Asian, Mexican, and American restaurants and fast food chains.

Guest access
Please make yourself at home! We will provide you with the smart lock access code and you can check in any time after 3 pm. If you would like to check-in earlier, you can message us to see if it's possible for us to let you in early. We're more than happy to accommodate to the best of our ability!

During your stay, please refrain from large parties and excessive noise after 10 pm. Other families in our neighborhood will may call authorities to report excessive noise and disturbances.

Other things to note

• Please review our house rule. We'd like to make sure all guests feel comfortable during their stays.

• To maintain our quality standards, we clean the room every 2–3 weeks at no additional charge for shorter stays. The one-time cleaning fee has already been applied to your current stay.

• For longer stays (28 days or more), there will be an additional $15 cleaning fee per month after the first month.
