One bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. The available bedroom will share a bathroom with one of the current tenants. Off-street parking is available (neither of the current roommates have cars). There is a laundry room in the building, which is coin operated. Kitchen and living rooms are both pretty spacious. The apartment is on the first floor of the building.

Monthly rent does not include internet or gas/electric, which are paid for separately and split among the roommates. This is a month-to-month lease so it can be favorable for someone who is looking for temporary housing in the area.

Apartment is close to the 101, with about a 15 minute drive to Stanford Campus and about a 20 minute drive to SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory.

Current tenants both have affiliation with Stanford; one is a graduate student and the other is a postdoc.
