Part-Time Japanese-Speaking Nanny / Mother’s Helper for Twin Toddlers (Menlo Park)

A warm, friendly family in Menlo Park is looking for a native Japanese-speaking nanny or mother’s helper for their 1½-year-old twin toddlers.

The primary goal is to provide a fun, nurturing, and immersive Japanese-language environment through play and everyday interaction. Responsibilities include playing with the children, reading books, singing songs, talking with them in Japanese, and helping with light childcare tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a native or fluent Japanese speaker.
  • Enjoys spending time with young children.
  • Is reliable, kind, and energetic.
  • Has previous childcare experience (preferred but not required).

Position details:

  • Location: Menlo Park, CA.
  • Part-time, with a flexible schedule (hours to be agreed upon).
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

This position would be an excellent fit for a Stanford student, visiting scholar, or anyone seeking flexible part-time work while sharing their language and culture with two delightful toddlers.

If you are interested, please send a brief introduction about yourself, your availability, and any relevant childcare experience. Students without childcare experience are welcome.
