Most places are a short Uber/Lyft ride away.

Integrated into the open space right next to the living room, hang out and enjoy a nice meal in the dining area and the kitchen island. The kitchen is all brand new with all the utensils you’ll need at your disposal. Spices, cooking oils, herbs, and condiments are also available.
Each of the bedrooms features their own closets, one of which you can walk into. There you will find an iron and ironing board, and a dresser where you can store your personal effects.
We’ve also put in a sun deck that converts to a romantic terrace by night. Enjoy a nice glass of wine and peaceful conversation on the bistro table.
The thermostat controls the central air conditioning and heating, and is in the hallway. We have a high performance air filter (MPR 1900 rated) that constantly provides clean, allergen-free air conditioned comfort.
Enjoy a hot bath in the tub, or a hot shower in our new bathroom. There are dual sinks in the bathroom as well.

Set on a quiet street in the up-and-coming Eagle Rock neighborhood, the home is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Events at Dodger Stadium and Rose Bowl Stadium are a short drive away. Eagle Rock is an up-and-coming foodie haven, as you'll see in our Guide Book. This part of LA has been going through a renaissance with the advent of new high-quality establishments throughout the area. Uber/Lyft is recommended to get around.
Our courtyard can hold 4 cars at any given time. Usually there are 2 of the spots taken, which leaves room for 2 more. Please do not block the driveway, and be careful not to run into any of the front units as they flank the driveway.
Around Eagle Rock, you can walk, take the bus, drive, bike, or rideshare. I highly recommend Uber/Lyft to get around, especially if you don't want to deal with LA traffic.
Try to avoid rush hours, which are between 7am-10am and 4pm-7pm on weekdays.

There is a lockbox to the left of the door that contains the key to the front door. I will give you the code before you arrive.

We have a nice sundeck to enjoy. You can plug in the cord to the wall to illuminate the ceiling lights for a nice romantic ambiance.
The sofa in the living room turns into a full-sized bed.
EV charging is available at $100 per 30 days stayed (we prorate per day after 30 days). We use a high-amperage extension cord to provide Level 1 charging. Please let us know if you would like us to set this up for you in advance.
