We are recent UCLA graduates relocating to San Francisco to begin our master’s programs at USF. Looking for a 1–2 bedroom apartment for two people (budget up to $3,400/month) or a 3 bedroom for three people (budget up to $5,000/month).
Preferred neighborhoods: Presidio/Presidio Heights, Golden Gate Park area, Richmond, Sunset, Mission District, and Pacific Heights. We are not considering the Tenderloin, SOMA, or Lower Nob Hill.
Move-in date: August 15, 2026/ ASAP
We are responsible tenants and can provide documentation as needed. We are also able to pay up to six months of rent in advance if helpful.
