I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 2B2B apartment in College Terrace. The place is available for move-in as soon as possible. I recently renewed the lease for the next year (until June 30, 2027), but I am moving to an on-campus Stanford residence for personal reasons.

Your share of rent is $2,150 per month (water, trash is included) and there is a one-month security deposit.
Move-in: July (ASAP)
Lease term: more than 6 months to full lease term.
Wifi: $25/month
