Private Room and Private Bath in a 3bd/2ba shared apartment. This is a great location in a safe, family neighborhood at the Sunnyvale-Cupertino border. It's an easy walk or bike ride to either Apple Park or Infinite Loop or DeAnza College, is close to 280 / 85, and is minutes to most places in the south bay.

The Google shuttle stops at the corner and Stanford (Dish) is 15 minutes away. Nearby: TJ's, Target, Safeway, Whole Foods, Banks, Coffee and Boba shops. Also nearby: Serra Park, lighted tennis courts, bbq/picnic tables.

The room has south and west exposure so there's plenty of sunlight and is partially furnished with a bed, desk, and a comfortable office chair.

Your housemates are an F biochemist and an M pm/editor. The apartment is pretty quiet and we try to keep it clean and tidy. Please note, the room is for one person. We share utilities (pge, internet, etc). We're in a suburban area with limited public transportation so if you're going to Palo Alto/Stanford you need daily use of a car. Sorry - No pets or smoking.
