This is a nearly private apartment (unfurnished) in large single level MB house near Pollywog park. We share the kitchen, laundry room and one shared guest bedroom. Tenant area has its own refrigerator and microwave. You will see in the floor plan pic the house has a split floor plan separated by the kitchen providing optimum privacy. In the plot plan the area highlighted in blue is the private tenant area, and areas highlighted in green are shared. My wife and I live in the back area of the house and we have our own private entrance as does the shared guest room. I am a retired engineer from TRW/Northrop and my wife is retired from Kaiser. Our house is generally quiet although we do entertain from time to time and have small karaoke parties. No guests access the front section of the house.
