Private room with hardwood floor available in a 2-bedroom house in College Terrace east of campus!

10-15 min walk to local grocery stores
15 min walk to Cal ave farmer's market
2 minute drive to closest gas station
It's a 27 min walk to the Oval / center of Stanford campus. I bike or drive to campus and would be happy to carpool. I am aiming to graduate from my coterm in December, but I will likely stay in the area to start working -- let's talk about how long you want to live here!

The room currently has a full-size bed + mattress, fan, and dresser available to you. If you have your own furnishings, I'm happy to move the existing ones out of the room!

The rent is 1,647.75, but utilities are roughly $90-130 per person a month depending on usage and wifi is a set $20 per person a month, so $1800 is a more accurate monthly estimate.

Accessibility:
I am covid-conscious. My precautions include wearing a KN95 mask in classes, grocery stores, doctor's offices, public transit, and indoor events. My preference is to find someone who shares these values of community care that protects everyone and includes the most vulnerable!
The house is one story.
There are two small steps from the ground outside up to the front door.
Two steps down to the garage where the washer/dryer are.
