ROOM: Private bedroom with shared bath. Currently furnished with Queen sized bed and 1 small dresser, but can be available empty if preferred. Room is for one person only. No smoking, drugs, or pets.
HOUSE: Full house privileges (kitchen, laundry, backyard, etc).
PRICE: $1,250/month with $400 refundable deposit
UTILITIES: water, power, gas, gardener are included with posted price. Internet cost to be shared with roommate.
Flexible month-to-month agreement, but open to extending to a longer term if mutually agreed upon.
