Hello! We are looking for a new roommate for the third private room. Bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the house. Bathroom is shared but is very spacious. The room comes unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. We have all updated appliances and in unit washer dryer. We are in an amazing location 5 min walk to the blue line and about a 10 min walk to the beach. Rent does not include utilities (gas/electric). We are looking for a clean and respectful roommate.
