- Location: Next to Heritage Park, 8-minute bike ride to campus, 5-minute walk to Whole Foods and Downtown Palo Alto. 5-minute bike (or 14-minute walk) to the Caltrain station.
- Amenities: Fully furnished, massive TV, modern kitchen with updated appliances, nice private backyard with grill, and in-unit washer/dryer.
- Parking: Free street parking, always available directly in front of the house.
- Utilities: Water, WiFi, and yard maintenance are included. Gas and electricity are split.
About Us
We are two 26-year-old guys from Michigan, I am entering my fourth year as an MSandE PhD student. We’re clean and easygoing. We don't host parties, but will occasionally have a few friends over to grill or watch sports. We like to golf, hike, and hang out with friends
