PRIVATE ROOM + PRIVATE BATHROOM | UC BERKELEY | $1,200/MONTH

Hi everyone!

I'm currently an exchange student at UC Berkeley, but I'll be returning to the Netherlands to continue my studies, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room starting January 1st, 2027!

ROOM DETAILS:

• Private bedroom and private bathroom
• Kitchen shared with only one other person
• All utilities and laundry included
• 10-minute walk from UC Berkeley campus
• Located in Southside Berkeley, close to grocery stores

Rent: $1,200/month — ALL INCLUDED

Availability: January 1st, 2027 onwards (minimum stay until July 31st, with the possibility of extending longer).

I've genuinely loved living here! The people are lovely, the location is super convenient, and having everything included makes it a great deal.

DM me if you're interested! Happy to share pictures and more details!
