The space
Come stay in one of the oldest houses in Venice only feet away from the beach! Filled with charm and comfort, this updated one-bedroom apartment is steps away from the sand, surf and boardwalk. Located on the Venice walk streets between Venice and Washington, this house has been a single family residence for over 35 years! We have seen the neighborhood change and grow throughout the years and we have many stories to share.

We offer a fully furnished one bedroom apartment with private bath and private entrance. The apartment is an upstairs unit which has 15 outdoor stairs leading up to it. The living room over looks our yard with ocean sounds and ocean glimpses. Comfortable futon couch opens up for extra guests (memory foam cover available upon request). The Victorian bathroom, with claw foot tub and shower will transport you into the past. Cozy bedroom is away from street noise. Kitchenette is yours to stock with your favorite foods from the farmer's market. It's fully stocked with everything but the kitchen stove. We have a BBQ downstairs that is available upon request.

We would love to be your hosts during your stay in Venice Beach. Our garden and yard are also yours to sit and enjoy coffee. We have parking on site as well. Perfect for students, tourists or traveling professionals.

Surfers: We have a killer break right in front of our house and you're welcome to stow your board downstairs with ours. We also have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off before getting inside.

Skateboarders: We are five minutes away from the birthplace of skateboarding and the Venice Skate Park.

Foodies: We love to cook and entertain. We even have a garden space that has the best views of the ocean. We would love to recommend some of our favorite restaurants, which are only walking distance from us.
