Looking a girl to take over a month to month lease in the Belmont heights area. 3 bedroom apt. Single person bedroom shared bath w/ one other girl. You’d be living with 2 other girls and 1 chi weenie. Move in must be in by October/November 1 latest can discuss flexibility depending on situation.

It's a 10 minute drive away from CSULB, or a 13-17 min bus ride. There are several bus stops right next to the apartment that can take you to and from campus, as well as around the city. We are near 4th street, groceries, and food.

room: 900 + utilities(all split by 3 approx. 50-100 depending on usage)

Street parking (no issues for both of us!)
