Location is suitable for a young professional or grad student in need of a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to Boston, MIT, or Harvard.
Rent is $1350/month, not including utilities. Upfront payment totals $4450, including first and last month’s rent, security deposit, and roommate replacement fee.
