This bike features tubular tires that will need to be replaced (neither tire holds air). Replacing tubular tires is a labor intensive and expensive process, and if you aren't going to ride cyclocross you may want to look at replacing the wheelset with something that will accept tubed / tubeless tires.
I bought the bike used and the frame doesn't have a size sticker on it, but I measured it at 23". It fits me at 5' 10" well.
Very little wear and tear on the bike, I just don't ride it enough to justify the tire replacement. I've priced this in line with comps on the frame only since this would be a rebuild project.
