Our housemate recently finished his postdoc at Stanford and is moving out, so we're looking for someone to take over his room in our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in a great Midtown Palo Alto location!
Ideally, we're looking for someone interested in staying for 6+ months.

Spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on a large lot
Huge backyard with plenty of outdoor space
Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, gas stove, and dishwasher
Washer and dryer in the house
Housecleaner comes twice a month
Plenty of storage throughout the house, including attic space
About the Room:
Spacious bedroom with a large closet
Available furnished or unfurnished
Furnishings can include a queen bed, table, and chair
Rent & Utilities:
Rent: $1,050/month
Utilities: Approximately $150/month per person, including internet and twice-monthly housecleaning
About the Housemates: Our housemates are currently male postdocs and staff at Stanford. We're generally pretty low-key, friendly, and respectful of each other's space. One of the things that makes this house special is that our landlord keeps the rent affordable to support young professionals. In return, we're fairly independent, take care of small repairs ourselves when possible, and keep things running smoothly. Overall, it's a comfortable, spacious, and affordable place in Palo Alto, especially for someone working or studying at Stanford.
