I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting November 1. The landlord will rewrite the lease with you on it, running through August 31, 2027.

- Shared bathroom with one roommate

- Walkable to Stop & Shop
- 10-minute walk to the Roxbury Crossing Orange Line
The roommates
- Riti: does Food as Medicine research at Tufts. She has her own separate space upstairs and shares the kitchen. She mostly keeps to herself.
- Elisabeth: a bookbinding student, and the roommate you'd share the bathroom with.
- Both are very conscientious and communicative, amazing roommates.

Rent: $1517/month, Utilites: 50-100/person depending on season
