We have two rooms open in our four-bedroom gated property in Menlo Park/Atherton area.
Availability is Sept 1 (but need to sign lease by Aug 18)

The house is big and beautiful with lots of charm, and the sprawling yard is professionally landscaped (maintained by landlord). There is also a redwood grove and fruit orchard on the property. It is a special place, and we are looking for a housemate that will appreciate the house and one another!

Note on the pictures - The house will not have any furniture that is in the pictures - the outgoing housemates are taking most items with them. Great opportunity to bring your own or re-imagine possibilities and décor for this beautiful space.

Rooms – Rent ranges from 2300 to 2,200/month plus utilities (Utilities are approx 200-250pm)

• The room will come unfurnished.
• Bathroom is shared with two other housemates.

• Safe and beautiful tree-lined neighborhood bordering Atherton
• Very accessible, just a short drive to 101 and 280
  -Utilities include Gas, Wifi, Electric, and Cleaning service every other week, landlord covers the water and weekly professional landscaping - Utility cost summer avgs to approx $200 and winter approx $250

About the housemates:
The house would have 4 roommates total. 3 former roommates are moving out this cycle but have all lived here 5+yrs before.
Remaining roommates are m/f late-twenties to mid-thirties. One working at stanford, one previously in-tech and looking in new directions.
In the past the house has been a great place to live peacefully and in community -- very much hope to continue that. If you're chill, non-drama and responsible(within reason) we'd love to hear from you..
