We do have furniture in the room if you need furnished. But we can also remove the furniture if you would like to use your own.

There is a beagle living in the house. Very friendly, but you must be OK with a dog.

Rent includes utilities.

Lease must be at least 3 months.

Security deposit of $975 due upon lease signing.

No pets and no smoking. Single occupancy only.
