Room is semi-furnished (or can be unfurnished). Looking for a mature and responsible adult to share the space. Female preferred. There are NO strict rules here; simply be very clean and respectful with regard to noise. There's absolutely no smoking, vaping or drug use of any kind allowed in or near the condo. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. We are near Rancho Palos Verdes, which has mesmerizing views of the ocean if you like hiking. Other details below:
