and easy going roommate to join us November 1st.
• The room for rent is in a safe four bedroom townhouse located in Alhambra, only 1
block from the very charming city of South Pasadena.
• Rent is only $800 per month, plus a CASH deposit to the landlord of $800.00.
This includes a shared kitchen, living room, and use of washer and dryer.
• Utilities are split evenly (internet, streaming, gas, and electricity).
• Female preferred, due to a shared bathroom.
• Working professional employed outside the house or mature grad/doctorate student is
preferred.
• We are just minutes away from the 10, 710, 110, 210, and 134 freeways.
Only 10 min from USC and CSULA.
• Clean and tidy is a MUST (but not anal retentive), considerate, honest, friendly, social,
and independent person who respects others, please.
• When in upstairs bedroom after 9pm must be respectfully quiet due to shared bedroom wall with roomie who has to get up early most days.
• A one year commitment is mandatory.
