Female grad student seeking a roommate of either sex to share a 2b/1b cozy apartment. The bedroom, living, dining, and kitchen areas are furnished and the outdoor yard (first floor) is equipped with workout and gardening space galore. There is currently a full-sized bed, desk, desk chair, and mood lights in the room. The bedroom windows look out into the garden under a pine tree with good natural lighting.
It's great to know who you live with so occasional hangouts/convos are preferred! And for a happy, healthy living space, cleaning duties will be shared, shoes off in the unit, and quiet hours respected mutually.
Your share of internet is $35, utilities range seasonally $45-80 each, and renter’s insurance $6. All else included, 1 month deposit, and monthly sublease. You can move in between August 30th-September 11th (prorated), ideal move-in date is around September 1st. Looking for candidates that plan to stay until at least the end of December and there is a possibility to extend beyond. I’m happy to help you move in with my truck if I'm available.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walking distance to all amenities, the Stanford campus (12 min bike ride), Cal Ave restaurants, 3 parks, and the Caltrain.
