This nine-bedroom home features hardwood floors, a restaurant-style kitchen, elegant dining room, sunny living room, quiet library, upstairs deck, backyard fire pit, recording studio, gym, guest room, and four full bathrooms.

Lease is 4 months and then month-to-month. Rent includes WiFi and utilities as well as a monthly budget for food and supplies.

Housemates are a mix of creatives and professionals. There is one meeting per month and everyone contributes a few hours of chores. Communication happens over Slack, and things run mostly as a do-ocracy. Projects are encouraged. In general folks keep a quiet and clean house, with occasional parties and dinners. Due to allergies, we cannot accommodate pets.
