Bedroom available for rent in downtown San Jose area. The room is part of a 2-story townhome about 1 mile from San Jose State University. The house includes a full kitchen, living room, upstairs common area, laundry room, and a small backyard patio. The home is air conditioned and heated. There is a garage though me and my partner have priority parking as the head roommates. Home is a quiet setting occupied by myself, a masters student, my partner, an education professional, and a third housemate, a tech professional. The house is often very quiet with occasional guests for dinner. The room for rent is a private room adjacent to the master bedroom and the bathroom will be shared with the third roommate mentioned earlier, who is male. The rent would be a sublease attached to our own which will end when July starts of 2027 and none of the current residents plan on renewing the main lease once it ends.
