My roommate is moving out this weekend for a new job, so I am looking for a new male roommate for a long-term lease. My home is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment close to downtown Menlo Park. It’s a 10-minute cycle to Stanford campus, 3 minutes to Trader Joe’s and 5 minutes to Menlo Park station. The neighbourhood is extremely safe and clean, and is within a 5-minute walk of two nice parks.
It has driveway space for a car, a large garage equipped with washer and dryer, as well as a very nice patio area in the back.
The bedroom is comfortable, with a view of the patio area. The bedroom itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen.
The rent is $1550/month plus utilities, which average to around $60 each per month, as our solar panels make the electricity cheap.
Sadly, no pets are allowed.
