🏡 Roommate Wanted — Private Bed + Private Bath in 3BR/2BA Cambridge Apartment near Harvard — $1,750 Utilities Included

I’m looking for one roommate to share my bright and spacious 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Cambridge, available starting November 2, 2026.

You’ll have your own private bedroom and your own private bathroom for $1,750/month, with utilities included.

The third bedroom is set up as a shared office/study room, which we can both use and coordinate/sign up for depending on our schedules — great if you work from home, study, or just want a separate quiet workspace.

I’ll be the other roommate! I’m looking for someone who is chill, respectful, clean, and comfortable keeping to their own space while respecting each other’s boundaries. The apartment is generally quiet and relaxed, although I’m always open to occasionally having friends over or throwing something together if we’re both on board.

✨ About the apartment:
• 3 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms
• Your own private bedroom + private bathroom
• Shared third bedroom used as an office/study space
• Third-floor apartment with lots of natural sunlight
• Plenty of storage throughout the apartment
• Additional storage space in the basement
• Bedroom will be semi-furnished
• Utilities included in the $1,750 monthly rent

📍 Location:
• ~7-minute walk to Harvard GSD
• ~7-minute walk to Harvard SCRB
• ~7-minute walk to Harvard’s main campus
• ~10-minute walk to Harvard Divinity School
• Close to Harvard Square
• Near Whole Foods on Beacon Street
• Lots of nearby cafés, restaurants, and shops
• Quiet and safe residential neighborhood

📅 Available starting November 2, 2026

This would be a great fit for a graduate student, postdoc, researcher, young professional, or anyone affiliated with Harvard who wants to live close to campus without having to share a bathroom.

Please message me with a little bit about yourself if you’re interested! Happy to send more photos/details and schedule a viewing ASAP.
