It has a new Cal-King mattress (the largest size bed). You will get a key to the lock on your door. Inside is a large Smart TV with access to all the streaming services. You are welcome to sit in the sun in the large backyard and BBQ or cook in the big kitchen. There are 2 other bedrooms available on Airbnb. I live on the property. I have a small, friendly dog. I strive to create a community atmosphere that is welcoming, friendly, and kind.**Why are you paying more to stay than in the past? Taxes. The City of Los Angeles has made new rules. Guests now pay taxes into the city coffers. These are the fees you see added to your total. Hotels chains complained to the City of LA that Airbnb was stealing their business by offering less expensive rates. New city rules mean no host can offer an Airbnb to guests unless the host lives on the property. This is why you see shared spaces. The city shut down 30 thousand properties. I believe this hurts tourism, but you can't fight city hall. Thank you for supporting small businesses like mine.Guest accessGuests have access to the Living room, Kitchen, and spacious backyard. The Chef's Kitchen was custom-designed by an LA celebrity chef; it's large and has every modern convenience. You are welcome to use the whole Kitchen to prepare some or all of your meals. Feel free to buy your own groceries and store them in our refrigerator. The Laundry and Dryer machines are available for guest use, and washing soap and extras are provided. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the backyard view for meals, tanning, and the incredible view.Because of our beautiful cottage, we receive many requests to be a location for Television and Movie shoots. However, because of liability issues, we do not allow commercial shoots here at our home.During your stayI work from home and respond quickly to texts.
