[Santa Clara] Looking for a roommate(s) to join 2bd 2ba townhouse

Hello!

My partner and I are looking for a roommate or couple to join the 2bd 2ba townhouse in Santa Clara.

• Price: ~ $1700 + utilities (we can discuss the exact price based on the room occupied and the number of roommates joining)
• Location: Near Central Park and the Central Park Library
• Convenience: 5 min walk to Safeway, CVS Pharmacy, various banks, and dentists
• Laundry: In the building
• Amenities: Pool (currently closed for renovation)
• Room Setup: The house has two bedrooms (one large and one small). We can discuss which room you (or you both) would prefer to stay in.
• Shared Space: At the moment, we are keeping our workspace in the living room. Again, this is open for discussion, and we can figure out a shared space arrangement that works for everyone.

About Us
We are a couple who both work in tech as software engineers—my partner does systems research, and I work at Palo Alto Networks (was affiliated with Stanford as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford Summer 2026). Our lifestyle heavily centers around working and studying. If we are working from home, we are usually deeply focused at our desks or taking some time to rest.
That being said, while we highly value a calm and focused environment, we also love having passionate discussions on a variety of topics and are definitely open to some spend-time-together evenings! We also enjoy staying active with activities like Jiu-Jitsu, cycling, playing tennis, and doing yoga, or unwinding with a few matches of Dota 2. We are clean, respectful, and appreciate a good balance of privacy and friendly connection.
