[Santa Clara] Looking for a roommate(s) to join 2bd 2ba townhouse

Hello!

My partner and I are looking for a roommate or couple to join the 2bd 1.5ba townhouse in Santa Clara.

• Rent: $1600 + utilities (smaller bedroom)
• Security Deposit: $500
• Location: Near Central Park and the Central Park Library
• Convenience: 5 min walk to Safeway, CVS Pharmacy, various banks, and dentists
• Laundry: In the building
• Amenities: Pool (currently closed for renovation)
• Room Setup: The house has two bedrooms (one large and one small). We can discuss which room you (or you both) would prefer to stay in.
• Bathrooms: on the 1st (half); on the 2nd (shared)
• Shared Space: At the moment, we are keeping our workspace in the living room. Again, this is open for discussion, and we can figure out a shared space arrangement that works for everyone.

We are a couple who both work in tech —my partner does systems research, and I work at Palo Alto Networks as software engineer (was affiliated with Stanford as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford Summer 2026). Our lifestyle heavily centers around working and studying. If we are working from home, we are usually deeply focused at our desks or taking some time to rest.
