Seeking furnished SF sublet | Aug 16–Sep 13 | Budget up to $3,000

Hey! I’m a New Grad I’m looking for a furnished short-term sublet in San Francisco from August 16 through September 13. My dates are slightly flexible.

My budget is up to $3,000, ideally including utilities. I’m open to a private room, studio, or one-bedroom. My main priority is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores nearby.

I currently live in the Mission District and would be happy to stay there, but I’m also considering Hayes Valley, Lower Haight, the Castro, Nob Hill, North Beach, and Inner Richmond. I’m not considering the Tenderloin, Civic Center, Mid-Market, or SoMa.

I’m already in SF, so I can tour the place in person. Please DM me with the location, dates, total cost, deposit, photos if possible, and a little information about the space.
