[Seeking] Looking for a private landlord rental in Sunnyvale or Santa Clara - Early Sept Move-in

Hi! I’m looking for a rental from a private or local landlord in eastern/central Sunnyvale or western/central Santa Clara.

What I’m looking for:

Studio, one-bedroom, ADU, condo, duplex, or similar
Move-in around September 4
Preferably a 12-month lease
In-unit laundry preferred
Off-street parking preferred

I’m especially interested in smaller, owner-managed rentals rather than large corporate apartment complexes.

A little about me: I have stable employment, a good rental history, and can provide proof of income, references, and complete any standard screening process. I’m a clean and respectful tenant. I don’t have any pets, I’m a non-smoker, and I would be the sole occupant.

I’d appreciate hearing from:

Private landlords with a current or upcoming vacancy
Tenants who have had a good experience with their landlord and would be comfortable asking whether they have another rental available
Anyone who knows a trustworthy local landlord accepting referrals
