Seeking Studio or All-Female Roommate Situation - 09/01 near Moderna/Surrounding

Title. Sadly I had a very strong contender for a rental fall through, so now I'm semi-desperately searching for a studio or private room in an all-female (max three occupants) shared apartment. Max budget overall is $2300/month with utilities~ish included. Prefer a dishwasher and/or laundry in building/unit. Need to be within 30-35 minutes max transit of Moderna's HQ in Kendall Square (where my work will be -- a long shot, I know...). Looking to sign a lease starting September 1st.

About me, 28F, PhD in Applied Math from Toronto, Canada. Starting as a post-doc at Moderna. Very clean, quiet, professional person. Not a party person, I don't smoke (but don't mind those who partake respectfully), don't really drink except maybe when out for dinner. Not a party person, will be most satisfied chilling at home, especially after a long day at work. I'd be at the office most likely 9-5 M-F. Love to cook/bake, play video/board games, and exploring local coffee shops/bakeries/restaurants/the area on the weekends. I wouldn't need any parking and won't have any pets.
