A 3rd-floor bedroom has a fold-down sofabed with a futon mattress, 3” foam pad, flannel sheets now, draperied windows facing north, closet spaces, small writing desk and dresser. Private rear-door coded entrance. Complete bathroom w shower, mini-fridge, microwave oven and work space. Free wi-fi. Free on-street summer parking; from January 1 an overnight winter parking ban is in place til March 1. If you have a car we’ll provide a space for you. A new ductless mini-split provides AC /heat

The space
One bedroom plus full bath on the 3rd floor of a two-family apartment building. There is a work space just outside bedroom with desk and office chair and comfortable sofa. Snacks, cereal, along with a mini fridge, microwave and a Keurig coffeemaker with a variety of teas and coffees; milk and yogurts are in the mini fridge for your late night and early morning use, along with breakfast cereal.

A recently-installed ductless mini-split provides air conditioning in warm weather and heat in chilly weather; this is an environmentally sound product which eliminates the need for in-window air conditioners and baseboard heating.

Your hosts reside on the 2nd floor; a tenant and two rooms are on the 1st floor.

24-Hour CVS and Urgent Care 10 minute walk. A few blocks away from Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts. 5-minute drive or 25-minute walk to Best Buy and Target in the Watertown Mall. Across Arsenal Street: Arsenal Yards Mall has Shake Shack, Ben & Jerry’s, Frank Pepe’s Pizzeria, and Chipotle.

Favorite nearby restaurants: Red Lentil, Sofra, Not Your Average Joe’s, and Cha Yen Thai Cookery

We are super conscious of the need to clean and sanitize all spaces prior to your arrival.

You may use free laundry - 2 energy-efficient LG washers and an LG electric dryer - in the basement. A freezer is also available in the basement for items that don't fit in the mini fridge. A microwave oven is available in the work space just outside your guest room. We are always looking for ways to be more environmentally conscious and encourage our guests to do the same.
