Resident owner in my 60's, quiet,responsible and respectful. This is not a smoke free home. Cigarette smoking allowed in kitchen, and outside, of course. There's a nice shady porch for smoking, or to sit and watch the hummingbirds.
I have some furniture if you need it. A fold out couch, nitestand, maybie an old desk in my garage.
No parties, no pets.
