Renting my spare room in my 2 bed apartment in the Melrose/Beverly Grove area. Short term
Ok, min 2 months. Walking distance to Beverly Center, The Grove, Melrose Place, Cedars Sinai, 3rd st. Loads of great cafe's and restaurants nearby.
Room is furnished with Queen size bed and memory foam mattress (always had a new mattress protector with each tenant), 65" tv, Window A/C and ducted heating. Also comes with private half bathroom/powder room.
Small building of 8 units so very quiet and nice neighbors. The apartment is spacious and has a great outside area for al fresco dining or relaxing. I also have a small above ground plunge pool. Washer and Dryer in unit!!
$1680 per month inc. all bills. Wifi included and some streaming services On street parking only but no permit needed on my street.
Ideally looking for someone with a 9-5 or similar day job. Very clean and tidy, someone happy to pull their weight with keeping the place clean. Living with just me, male 51, gay, freelance makeup artist.
