Entertainment zone features immersive home theater with projector and 72" screen. Projector has Roku inside, allowing you to connect to your streaming services as well as USB-C cable to stream directly from your devices. Sofa is convertible to full bed and extra bedding is available.

Bathroom has shower head and hand-held spray. Two fresh sets of towels.

Dedicated vented combo washer-dryer in apartment. Quick cycle mode washes and dries a load of laundry in a single machine in less than an hour.

Equipped with Wi-Fi, Nest thermostat, and Alexa speaker.

Please note: There is no cooktop or oven. The apartment is intended for warming up food and is not suited to cooking meals. Guests may not bring their own cooking equipment such as hot plates.

Please note: While there are large hopper windows and a glass door to maximize natural light, this apartment is at the garden level (i.e, below ground level) with a north-facing exposure. Access to entrance is via a flight of exterior stairs.

Guest access
Apartment entrance is down the flight of stairs along the left as you approach the house from the driveway. Door features keyless lock with your own personal code for self check-in and access.

Parking in the neighborhood is resident-only. There are metered spots a block away on Hampshire St. There are several paid garages within 3-4 blocks, a reasonably priced municipal garage a mile away, and private homes in the area occasionally offer parking for rent.

No smoking, pets, federally banned drugs, open flames/candles, or firearms/weapons anywhere on the property. Minimum $1,000 cleaning charge each for smoking and pets, with stay subject to termination. Smoking and pet restrictions due to severe allergies and no exceptions are possible.

No open flames or burning items, which includes candles and incense.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet (e.g., no wipes, personal hygiene products).
